Gary L. Damkoehler is a senior consultant and investor in healthcare enterprises who was formerly an executive at Hospital Corporation of America and Westinghouse.

Thomas W. Janes is Managing Director of Lincolnshire Management and has had extensive investment experience at Boston Capital Private Equity Partners, Triumph Capital Group, Drexel Burnham, First Boston and Lazard Freres & Co.

David Margulies, M.D. and Co-Founder of D2 Hawkeye, is the CEO of Correlagen Diagnostics, which develops automated genetic testing, and was previously Executive Vice President of Cerner Corporation, an industry leader in clinical process automation. 

Per G. H. Lofberg , President & CEO of Merck Capital Ventures. Prior to beginning his current position, Lofberg was Chairman of Merck-Medco Managed Care, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc., the country's largest provider of prescription drug benefit management services. 

W. Paul Wallace , Mr. Wallace joined American Healthways in 2003 and is responsible for managing strategic relationships and M&A activities.  Previously, Mr. Wallace was a General Partner of Petra Capital Partners, a $150 million private equity firm focused on investing in the healthcare and business services sectors.
