The Business Analyst is an entry level position responsible for front-line client support and analysis. Specifically, the Business Analyst:

• Will understand and become proficient in D2Hawkeye’s suite of software applications;
• Interacts directly with customers to research and respond to questions regarding D2Explorer;
• Explains and demonstrates use of D2Explorer to clients;
• Provides data analysis on client-specific data and general healthcare data;
• Documents, resolves, follow-ups and tracks incoming client issues, and
• Works with client services, data management and engineering staff on maintenance accounts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 1-2 years of customer relations, sales or Client Service experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
