Tom is Managing Director of Lincolnshire Management and the head of Lincolnshire's Boston office. He has a B.A. from Harvard College, cum laude, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Tom previously was the Managing General Partner of Boston Capital Private Equity Partners, and a co-founder and Managing Director of Triumph Capital Group. He has also been a senior member of a private equity team with approximately $900 million under management, an investment banker with Drexel Burnham, First Boston, and Lazard Freres & Co., and a director of numerous public and private companies.
