D2Hawkeye, a healthcare software and services company, announced that David N. Hansen has joined the company to serve as the Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Hansen is a senior executive with 26 years experience in business management. He is experienced in managing an entrepreneurial enterprise as well as a large complex organization.

Prior to joining D2Hawkeye, Mr. Hansen co-founded Falcon Capital Partners, a private investment and consulting company. Falcon's successes included Capella Senior Living - an organization that provided investment, restructuring and advisory services to private investors and financial institutions in the long-term care industry. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Hansen was the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Mariner Health Group, Inc. While at Mariner, Mr. Hansen assisted in the successful sale of it to another publicly traded company in 1998. From 1988 to 1996 Mr. Hansen was a Partner in the Boston Office of Coopers & Lybrand LLP (since renamed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). Mr. Hansen graduated with a B.B.A from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
