D2Hawkeye Presents at Council on Employee Benefits Annual Conference Print

Doug Fleishman, Vice President of Marketing for D2Hawkeye, was a featured panelist at the 2006 Council on Employee Benefits Conference.

The session, Understanding Data Mining, provided employers with a broad overview of how clinical analytics applied to claims data.  Fleishman offered insight this data can be aggregated to view business health and welfare costs across payers, business units, and plant geographies; analyzed to identify performance improvement initiatives; and utilized to measure Vendor performance.

“Employers have the enormous task of keeping costs down and simultaneously providing their employees with affordable health options,” said Fleishman after his session. “The information provided today can help them better understand the underlying cost drives and take steps to manage those drivers.”
